Dear World
디어월드(Dear World)
A virtual idol development project built on Unity and XR technology. I was involved from the earliest planning stages — world-building, character design, music strategy, and rollout — with the goal of launching a mainstream idol group, and led the project as a whole.
In partnership with JTBC and SOOP (formerly AfreecaTV), I ran a three-round public audition broadcast live, and helped prepare the final judging, interviews, and concert. I personally recruited and coordinated with composers, choreographers, illustrators, and studios.
I managed the members' avatars in Unity and Blender, resolving issues with motion tracking, hand tracking, and shaders, and also handled compatibility, lighting, and camera issues across Unity-based virtual space software such as Warudo and VRChat.
