A virtual idol development project built on game engine and XR technology. I led the project end to end as an all-around producer, from world-building and planning through 3D/XR engineering.

A generative AI virtual try-on kiosk installed at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP). I built the image-to-video pipeline in ComfyUI myself and, as AI lead, designed the resource and cost structure.
