EARTH Digital Archiving System
디지털 아카이빙 시스템 EARTH
Recognizing the need for a digital archiving system to keep information flowing within the department, I designed the system myself and built a team to develop the service. It initially ran on my own funds, but is now operated with an allocated budget as an officially recognized campus organization.
I ran a data server using Google Drive and NAS, provided data browsing and publishing through a website and Instagram, and planned and distributed related content to encourage archiving. I also planned and ran connected events, such as the graduation exhibition, tied directly to data collection.
The system successfully served as a substitute for offline exchange during the COVID-19 period, earning recognition for its necessity and impact. Since March 2021, it has been recognized as an official campus partner with an allocated operating budget, and currently runs as a nonprofit organization.
